Fidenn Market Analyzer (“Fidenn”, “we”) is operated by an independent developer in the Republic of Korea. You can contact us at privacy@fidenn.com.

This policy applies to Fidenn Market Analyzer and market.fidenn.com.

Fidenn Market Analyzer uses YouTube API Services to access publicly available channel and video data. By using the API Client you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google handles data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

The client accesses and processes public API data, including:

• Channel and video identifiers
• Public channel names
• Public video titles and descriptions
• Public thumbnail references or cached permitted media metadata
• Published timestamps
• Public view, like and comment counts
• Availability and observation timestamps
• Internal run and security logs

• No OAuth and no OAuth tokens
• No Authorized Data
• No Google or YouTube passwords
• No private viewing or search history
• No payment data

• Operate the private internal collector
• Monitor manually selected public channels
• Maintain raw observations
• Diagnose failures
• Enforce retention
• Support compliance review

• Production collection data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the Seoul region.
• The public review website is hosted on Vercel.
• The production SQLite database is not exposed to, or directly connected to, the review website.
• The review website uses only sanitized operational summaries and clearly labeled demonstration data.

• The current retention policy is NON_AUTHORIZED_28D_V1.
• The current maximum retention limit is 28 days.
• Extended statistics retention remains disabled pending approval.
• Titles, creator names, descriptions and other metadata/raw text remain subject to applicable refresh/delete rules.
• Data may be removed earlier when it is no longer required.

• No sale of API Data.
• No advertising use.
• No disclosure to unrelated third parties.
• Limited infrastructure processing by hosting providers (AWS, Vercel).
• Disclosure only if legally required.

• No analytics or advertising cookies.
• An essential, secure review-session cookie only.
• Standard security and hosting logs may be processed.
• We do not claim that zero infrastructure logs exist; hosting providers maintain their own operational logs.

To request deletion, email privacy@fidenn.com. We process legitimate requests as soon as reasonably possible and within 7 calendar days where applicable.

• Reasonable proof of channel ownership or control may be requested.
• Deletion by Fidenn does not delete or alter any data stored on YouTube.

The API Client is not directed to children and has no child-focused features.

We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by an updated effective date and are posted publicly on this page.
