• There is no public registration.
• Access is limited to the operator and specifically authorized reviewers.
• Reviewer access is provided for compliance evaluation only.

• Read-only analytics and reporting.
• Public API data only.
• No write actions.

• No unauthorized access.
• No credential sharing except designated review credentials.
• No attempt to extract secrets or bypass controls.

• YouTube API Services.
• Google policies, including the YouTube API Developer Policies.
• AWS and Vercel infrastructure.

Fidenn Market Analyzer uses YouTube API Services. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

• Public API Data may change.
• Functions may be modified to comply with policy.
• There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

• The Fidenn interface and original materials belong to Fidenn.
• YouTube and Google marks remain the property of their owners.

Access may be disabled for security, maintenance or compliance reasons.

These Terms may be updated. Changes are reflected by an updated effective date and posted publicly on this page.
